Route I-95 to Exit #57, for Historic Downtown Newburyport. Take Route 113 East approximately 2 1/2 miles (pass Route 1). Pass the Kelley School on your right, the Bartlett Mall, and, at the old brick Court House, Blue Water Cafe, and the blinking light take a left onto Green Street towards Newburyport Center. This street is one-way down towards the river; stay in the left lane, and Carlson Real Estate is about 2/3 of the way down on the left. We have a very visible sign out front, and parking in the rear. The entrance to the lot is just past our building.
From I-495, take the Salisbury exit onto Route 110 towards I-95 South. From I-95 take exit #57 to Route 113 East, and follow the instructions above.
